The back cover of the Huawei P9 Lite is clipped in all around the display unit.

    1. Attach the suction cup relatively far down. Then pull on the suction cup to lift the back cover.
    2. Then insert the pick between display unit and backcover and pry them apart.
    3. Release the back cover clip for clip around the entire device. If it doesn't work the first time, you can use a second pick or pull it a little harder with your fingers.
    4. The back cover is glued to the fingerprint sensor. You can use a heat gun to slightly heat the back cover and soften the glue.

There is a humidity indicator over one of the screws. You can try to remove it and put it back later, but it usually breaks. So you can simply pierce it with a screwdriver.

    2. Lift up the cover.
    3. Attention: Several cables are attached underneath.
    4. The cover is clipped in, once at the camera and once at the side. Gently move the cover to release the clips. Then fold open the cover.
    5. Don't forget to unplug the battery connector to prevent short circuits.
    6. Now use a spudger to pry off the rear camera connector and take out the camera.
